Every Retro Luxe piece is pre-loved and individually assessed before being listed for sale. As each item has had a previous life, some signs of use are to be expected.
We aim to make the condition of every piece as clear as possible, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing. Alongside our condition ratings, each listing includes product-specific notes highlighting any visible wear, marks or imperfections.
Overall Condition
Excellent
The item is in excellent pre-owned condition with minimal signs of previous use.
Very Good
The item is in very good pre-owned condition. Light signs of use or wear may be visible.
Good
The item is in good pre-owned condition with visible signs of previous use and wear.
Fair
The item shows more noticeable signs of previous use, wear or cosmetic imperfections. Please review the individual condition notes and photographs carefully.
Our A–C Condition Grades
Where appropriate, we assess the exterior and interior separately to give you a clearer picture of the item's condition.
A — Excellent
Minimal signs of use or wear.
B — Good
Noticeable signs of previous use or wear, while remaining in good pre-owned condition.
C — Fair
More visible signs of wear, marks or cosmetic imperfections.
For example, a bag may be graded Exterior: C | Interior: A if there is noticeable wear to the outside while the interior remains in excellent condition.

Our condition ratings are designed as a helpful guide, but no two pre-loved pieces are exactly the same.
We recommend reviewing the individual product description, condition notes and all photographs before purchasing. Any notable wear or imperfections identified during our assessment will be highlighted wherever possible.
